Privacy policy

The short version

This site collects almost nothing. The calculators run entirely in your browser and transmit nothing. The only information we receive is what you type into the assessment request form, plus standard anonymous analytics if enabled.

What we collect and why

• Assessment requests. When you submit the assessment form, we receive the details you enter (name, company, contact information, building and roof details) plus the page you submitted from and campaign parameters. We use it to route your request to a commercial roofing specialist and to follow up about that request. We do not sell contact lists.
• Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which reference pages help people. It sets cookies; we see aggregate usage, not your identity.
• Calculators. Inputs to every tool stay in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to us.

Who your information is shared with

Assessment requests are shared with the vetted roofing specialist assigned to your request and stored in our customer relationship system. That is the full list. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Data retention and your choices

Assessment records are retained as long as needed to service the request and meet business record requirements. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@localcommercialroofing.org and we will handle it promptly. You can browse every page of this site without submitting anything.

Children

This site is business reference material for building owners and managers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
